Is the Grand Canyon dog friendly? We were researching it awhile back and thought that dogs weren’t allowed in most areas.

True. Many National Parks are “friendly” in that they are permitted in minimal areas. If one has big plans to hike into the canyon, they will have to consider options for their furry friend! Pets are only allowed at the rim and some campgrounds. I’m gonna see the huge crater from the top! Happy Trails!
